great location and friendly staff
great location helpful staff coffee availability clean bedding
the location was very handy to restaurants. i also found the muni and bart nearby for transportation. the staff were helpful, kind and present.. i appreciated that. there was also coffee available in the morning downstairs. the room had crisp white cotton bedding and clean white towels.
i requested an early check-in and was given that, but i had to pay an additional cost. it would be nice if award members got that option for free.

i found several nearby restaurants open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. there was a 7/11 across the roadwith cheap hot dogs for breakfast if i needed it. also, a mexican restaurant was 200 yards away.

the hotel is near union square. it's easy to reach from the airport, and i found many attractions nearby. i noticed the cable car line just around the corner, made getting around easy.

the hotel had a functional elevator, important for upper floors. i also saw tea and coffee available daily in the morning. my room included a coffee machine, and the lobby had a fireplace plus a back area to sit or work in.

pet-friendly policy pleasant lounge discounted rate uncomfortable bed scratching noise overused mattress
The hotel welcomed our dog without charging extra. there are many pleasant lounges on the ground floor. parking was available at a discounted rate. I found that very convenient.
The bed was very uncomfortable. It was too soft. i could hear a scratching noise from my room on the 8th floor. the mattress seemed overused.
